As your library grows, Lists keep it organized. Open Lists from the sidebar.
Classification list types
- Category (single-select) — the skill’s domain. Drives library filtering and is shown to agents.
- Tag (multi-select) — free-form labels for cross-skill search and filtering.
These classify the skill itself so you can find it later. Add values one at a time or bulk-paste (one per line) to seed a list fast; rename, reorder, or archive values (archived ones stay on existing skills and remain filterable, but drop out of pickers for new work).
Custom list types
Create your own classification axes — e.g. Region, Risk level — with + New list type. They behave like the built-ins.
Where clients and projects go now
Per-instance content — a specific client, project, or matter — is not a list/facet. It lives in a skill branch: define a branch (e.g. Clients) on the skill and add a node per client, each with that client’s own context. The skill is the umbrella; instances hang beneath it as nodes, and agents pull them on demand over MCP. This keeps the reusable workflow separate from instance-specific overlays.
Attaching + filtering
- In the skill builder, the Organize (optional) block lets you set Category and Tag (or add a value inline).
- On the dashboard, a filter bar narrows skills by Category/Tag. Filter state lives in the URL, so views are shareable.
